Meet Andrew

A Builder Who Lives and Works in Siouxland

I am Andrew DeVries, and I run Westland Properties out of our new headquarters on Derby Lane in North Sioux City. I have been building homes across Siouxland for years, and I treat every build like my own family is going to live in it.

I started Westland to do things the right way. No surprises, no cutting corners. Just honest work, good communication, and homes that hold up for the long haul. When you build with us, you talk to me, and I am on your job site.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a custom build take?

Most custom homes take about 6 to 9 months from the time we break ground. Timelines depend on the size of the home, the weather, and material availability. We will give you a clear schedule before we start and keep you updated along the way.

Do I need to own land first?

No. You can pick a lot in one of our communities or build on land you already own.

Can I bring my own floor plan?

Yes. Bring your own, start from one of ours, or design one with us.

How will I know what's happening during the build?

You get regular updates from first dig to final walkthrough. We walk you through each step and are always a phone call away if you have questions.

Do you build outside your communities?

Yes, across Siouxland.
